The installation was a difficult one as we have polished floorboards that we did not want drilled for the downstairs lights. The job you have done is wonderful and you worked so cleanly. Our Illume Skylights have eliminated the dark spots in our kitchen, bathrooms and robe. The whole place feels much brighter and more cheerful. The only downside is the rooms are so bright I can now see the dirt on the floor! :) Doug and his team were fantastic. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend!

I had a solar roof vent and light installed. The service was very professional and we can't believe the difference these products make to our home. The team at Suncoast Skylights did a fantastic job for my husband and me and gave us a great result. They are true professionals who did a great job, arrived on time and even cleaned up after they finished. We had three very outdated skylights in our house which let in an excessive amount of heat in summer and let out valuable heat in winter. They removed the old skylights, put in roofing and panelling where the gaps were and installed three interior lights powered by a single rooftop solar panel (their illume skylight alternative) which now provide us with superior lighting without any of the problems. Doug was very professional, honest and friendly and after discussing the roof ventilator with us we decided to have this installed to have the heat removed from our ceiling hence making the house and garage not so hot and removing the humidity as well. What a transformation the Illume Skylights have made to our home, we never expected such a huge improvement. We needed skylights - so just randomly picked an ad from Google. How lucky were we that we selected Suncoast Skylights!! Friendly and helpful when we first rang to make enquiries - then when Doug came out to give a quote - professional and knowledgeable. We had skylights put in our dark kitchen, hallway and ensuite - as well as a solar roof ventilator. What a difference!! Beautifully discreet on the ceiling - the light just floods the rooms now. The ventilator has lowered the temperature in the house by approx 4 degrees. The communication between us and the business was exceptional - calls were returned and the lovely installer arrived at the exact time he said he would. The work was done beautifully and was left clean. We recently had 2 illume skylights installed in our kitchen and dining area. Our house was previously lacking natural light. Doug was so helpful in showing us all the options, he bought a sample light to show us. Nothing was too much trouble. We now have the illume lights in and I could not be happier. Our home feels lovely and bright. It’s amazing technology, they are dim on cloudy days and bright like sunshine when the sun is out. For us this was a easy and cost effective solution to brighten up our home. Thank you so much!

Just a note to say "Thank you!" Your technician Louis has installed our skylights today and what a difference! Oh my word, it looks so much better with the living and dining room and office properly lit during the day, opposed to the darkness we had before, having to switch on lights during the day. Full marks for your technician too, he is such a well mannered person and meticulous about his job, putting cover sheets down and leaving everything clean and tidy. Having previously had skylight of different kinds I was looking for something better, to eliminate the bug problems and heat they bring….Thank you to Doug & Illume Skylights I found the answer. I installed my first Illume skylight last year and it totally removed the need for a continuous light in our kitchen / lounge area. I loved it so much, this year we had 3 more installed , special mention is needed for the remote dimmer controls on the bedroom skylights. Wow the guest bedroom has gone from a dark cave to a light filled inviting room. Doug, Louis & Lara are a fantastic team and I unreservedly recommend this product and it’s team.
